It’s so simple to make that you can make a bunch and keep it in the fridge up to a week and a half and it’ll still be good!
.1 onion, very thinly sliced
.half bunch of italian parsley, coarsely chopped
.2 twigs of fresh mint, finely chopped
.2 twigs of fresh oregano, finely chopped
.1 tbsp sumac
.1/2 tsp salt
.red pepper (to your taste)
.1/2 tsp cumin
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined and serve.
